Castle Rock Dental

Word’s can not express how thankful I am to the staff and dentist at Castle Rock Dental. They have been so caring and professional and made sure I was happy with everything they had done, if I didn’t like something they would go out of their way to please me.. but everything was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, kind, understanding and honest Dentist. 10 stars ⭐️ not 5 😀❤️!!!!!!

This dental office is in my preferred dental network for insurance. After going to my appointment I was charged a 88 dollar copay which I was told had to be paid immediately so I did. I then received my insurance statement and that was when I found out that this office was a preferred dentist and my visit should of had a zero dollar copay. So I called the insurance company to confirm this and they did say that I should not of been charged. The insurance company then called the dentist office and was told they didn't receive the insurance check so they would not refund me until they did. The insurance company told her they paid them on Sept 1st. gave the receptionist then check number it was paid with, the date it was paid, and again told her they knew I should of not been charged to begin with and they needed to refund me. That was almost a month ago now and still have not received any refund from this dentist office who obviously knows that I shouldn't of had a copay. So I wonder how many other people they are charging copay that they shouldn't be and not refunding.

We love going to Castle Rock Dental! Everyone treats you with kindness and respect beginning with the dental consultant, followed up by their hygienists and finally Dr. McGrath. Not only is the entire staff friendly but extremely professional! 👍😊 I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Castle Rock Dental to anyone in Juneau County and beyond!

I felt very comfortable here. ( if you can ever be comfortable going to the dentist ... lol ) . Everyone was VERY good. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. All of the people who work here were good with me and reassuring for someone who has dental fear. I am confident that I will have a positive experience at every visit.

Definitely not impressed with this establishment. The hygienists and dentists are fabulous, my kids loved coming here. But the administration side of things lacks tremendously. Originally, I was told a referral was going to be sent out for my daughter's tooth to be pulled. I called the place the referral was supposed to be sent, three times, and each time they've never received the referral. I called Castle Rock each time and they would "promise" to send it right away. That was the first issue. Then I came in for a cleaning shortly after they "updated their systems" and they couldn't find my records! They said they had to treat me as if I was a new patient and never been there before. They took all my x-rays, did all the paperwork (again), and never got my cleaning. I asked about my kids and they said they had them in the system, but not attached to anyone. So they just had random children set up but not assigned to any adult who would have the insurance for them. Cool. That's the second issue. During all of this, I've received EOB's from my dental insurance showing exactly what I needed to pay - but come to find out, Castle Rock couldn't get the billing correct. Imagine that. I'd have to call, explain my side of things, they'd do a little digging, readjust a few things, send out a statement, I'd have to call back, re-explain everything, they'd argue that I'm wrong, I'd send over my EOB and ask for details that support what they have billed me to which was incorrect so they'd go back and adjust again. Long story short - watch your bills with this group. I owe them for co-pays that I tried calling them to pay over the phone and have yet to receive a return phone call. They hound you when they want, never consistent with follow up/through. I guess I'll get it paid when they finally decide to give me a call back.
